Back Bending and Dropbacks
Ginger Castillo & Tomer Raich
Dropbacks. They’re both exciting, and terrifying all at the same time. When you first start practicing this pose, you get help to go back and come up, But at some point, we need to learn a tactic that will help us to master this challenging skill.
Balu’s sequence of the back bending is designed so that we can progressively open different parts of our back and shoulders
This set of asanas will lead us to a much deeper arch and at the same time it will feel more natural and comfortable giving us the confidence to work in our dropbacks with ease.
