Yoga for me is the union of body, mind and breath. The Yoga I teach is a deep process with our bodymind which enables us to bring presence to each and every cell and learn to live at ease within ourselves.
My path of Yoga in the past decade took me through Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vinyasa, gave me the pleasure of studying with many different teachers who inspired me and took me deep into the practice.
My path also lead me to intensive Buddhist meditation practice which is integrated in my Yoga practice. In addition to teaching yoga I also teach Vipassana meditation and hold a PhD in psychology.
